In this episode, I had the pleasure of interviewing Nicole Frazier, a certified mindset coach and EFT practitioner. Nicole shared her personal journey of overcoming insecurities and limiting beliefs to step into her true authentic self. She explained the concept of subconscious reprogramming and how it can help individuals release negative patterns and beliefs that are holding them back. Nicole also introduced EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), a powerful modality that combines cognitive therapy and physical stimulation of acupressure points to desensitize negative emotions and rewire neural pathways.
One of the key aspects of Nicole's approach is integrating faith into the transformation process. She emphasized the importance of leaning on God and seeking His guidance in all areas of life and business. Nicole highlighted that when individuals bring God into their journey, they can experience profound shifts and lasting change.
