So it's really um, individualizing treatment. And that's, again, that's one of the reasons foot zoning stands out for me because I love breath work right now. I'm obsessed with it, but there's something about, like, I'll go and do a breath work session and I'll like have a big release and I'll do all of that. And I love it, but I think there's power in sitting down one-to-one with someone. And you know, this probably with your one-to-one work with business, sitting down and saying, this is a personalized healing approach.
