Welcome back, babes, to the Scale Your Sales Podcast! In today’s episode, Jillian is joined by Dr. Patty Gonzalez—a health concierge, retired chiropractor, and faith-driven entrepreneur who’s redefining how we approach healing. Dr. Patty shares her journey from running a thriving chiropractic practice to stepping into her calling as a concierge health expert, helping women across the U.S. uncover root causes like mold, metals, and parasites when traditional medicine falls short. This is the episode for any entrepreneur who's navigating burnout, feeling "off" despite normal labs, or ready to explore a more holistic path to vibrant health.
Topics Covered:
What a health concierge actually is—and why Dr. Patty made up the term
Why traditional medicine often overlooks the root cause of chronic symptoms
Dr. Patty’s personal health crash after 16 years of running a successful practice
The importance of drainage pathways (poop, pee, and sweat!) in any detox process
Why mold, metals, and parasites might be behind your mystery symptoms
Real talk on breast implants, inflammation, and foreign objects in the body
How burnout, motherhood, and faith led her to sell her practice and pivot
Tips on building community outside traditional networking events
What it’s like being married to another entrepreneur—and how they make it work
The role of faith, authenticity, and mission-driven service in growing her business
Her thoughts on selling through connection, not hustle

"Oh my gosh, it's become so much easier, because I'm actually speaking from authenticity. I'm not like hiding behind anything. And as I step into that authenticity and who I actually am, it's made conversations a lot easier. And it's really interesting. When I talk to people, they'll say something, and I'm like, huh, and I'll respond or I'll say amen. And they're like, what? Yeah. And so it just brings up a conversation. Yeah. And again, like, if someone's not a believer, there's no judgment in it. I will meet them where they are." – Patti

Welcome back, babes, to the Scale Your Sales Podcast! Today’s episode is a value-packed conversation with Michelle Thames, a marketing and business strategist, podcast host, and founder of a digital marketing agency. Michelle helps women entrepreneurs get visible, attract aligned clients, and monetize their expertise—all without needing a massive ad budget or fancy production.
In this episode, Jillian and Michelle dive deep into visibility, consistency, and the myth of perfection when it comes to showing up online. If you've ever wondered whether you really need to post 16 reels a week or if starting a podcast in 2025 is still worth it, this episode is your permission slip to ditch the fluff and lean into strategy that works for you.
Topics Covered:
How Michelle went from being fired to helping build a multi-million dollar brand
The power of visibility in a “trust recession” era
Why short-form podcast episodes are crushing it with busy entrepreneurs
Michelle’s 90-min-a-week visibility rhythm (and how you can use it too)
The myth of perfection in content creation—and what to do instead
Why consistency matters more than follower count
Going viral: why it’s not the goal and what to focus on instead
How to show up online even if you’re private or introverted
Real talk on starting a podcast in a “saturated” market
The difference between omnipresence and overwhelm—and how to find your groove

“Yes, I love showing up and I also tell people visibility is key because right now we are in a trust recession. If people do not trust you, they will not buy from you. I don't do a lot of paid ads. Maybe a small portion—most of what I do is super organic, and I literally just tapped into ads maybe at the beginning of this year or the end of last year. But all of what I do is organic. Like you said, since people see me—they see me show up, they listen to my podcast, they can go anywhere online, type in my name, and see what I do. And it's consistent across all platforms. I think that is very important. Like you said, omnipresence is where we're going in 2025 and beyond. Just showing up and telling people who you are, what you do, and being consistent with it is important.” – Michelle

Welcome back, babes, to the Scale Your Sales Podcast! Today’s episode is an honest and transformative conversation with Jamie Javdd, a retired nurse turned high-performance health coach who helps entrepreneurs master their metabolism, regulate their energy, and build sustainable success from the inside out. Jillian and Jamie dive into the often-ignored connection between health, hustle, and high-level achievement. This episode is a must-listen for anyone who’s built their business on burnout and is ready to reclaim their energy without sacrificing momentum.
Topics Covered:
Why so many high achievers are unknowingly operating in survival mode
The powerful role of nervous system regulation in sustaining success
How chaos can feel like comfort—and how to break that pattern
The mindset shift needed to stop hustling and start healing
Jillian’s real-life wake-up call with autoimmune indicators
Simple health routines that make a big impact for busy CEOs
How rest and recovery are strategic moves, not signs of weakness
Ways to reconnect with your body, beliefs, and energy daily
The importance of transparency in how coaches build their business
Jamie’s perspective on why energy and belief drive conversions more than strategy

“We can't heal in a constant state of survival, this constant state of fight or flight. And some of us don't even realize we're in it. Like stress doesn't just live in our mind. It moves into our biology, right? Stress hormones go up, digestion shuts down, fertility shuts down, immunity is not a priority. So we have autoimmune disease. So it's a whole ripple effect that it's not woo that we're like just managing our mindset. We're actually signaling safety to our body through our thoughts and also nutrition and lifestyle.”

And so that was a big thing for us even when we started the virtual summit—how do we give you that feeling of being in-person, being connected through a virtual space?started the virtual summit—how do we give you that feeling of being in-person, being connected through a virtual space?”

What it really means to humanize your brand and own your authority
How she went from oil & gas corporate to building her own marketing empire
The power of getting in the room—and how it changes everything
What it takes to build a high-impact event (without waiting to be picked)
Shelby’s behind-the-scenes of Damn Good Marketing Live and who it’s really for

“So if you don't put your face in front of a camera and tell people why you're different and they can't relate to you as a human being and they don't feel like you're their best friend, or maybe it's, they're like, holy crap, she's a badass. She's going to help me move the needle in my business because you talk to camera. Don't expect a trending audio or a trending reel to do that because it does not have the same power as an authoritative actual video face to camera.”

And I'd also argue that's a really powerful mother that can model that for their kids. Yes, maybe I made this decision for our family. I've decided it wasn't my decision. This is why, this is what I've learned, and that's why we're pivoting. What strength to model that for our children.” – Chelsie

Jillian Murphy: Sales & Business Mentor

I am massively obsessed with two things: SALES and COMMUNITY!

I've had endless conversations with online entrepreneurs who are struggling when it comes to sales. They love what they have to offer, dreaming big isn't a problem, but walking it out in their real lives isn't really happening. They're feeling blocked in their success by time, mindset, confusion, and skillset. I want to help others win at sales because it doesn't have to be complicated; in fact, sales are ACTUALLY REALLY SIMPLE and I want others to win without being sales-y or fearful!

BUT…

Let’s have some REAL TALK first. It isn't completely your fault. Your lack of the right coach, the right framework, and the right community is costing you LOTS of money and wasted time.

Aren’t you tired of just piecing it all together (or as I like to say “throwing spaghetti at the wall”) and TRYING to do more, to get more, and yet it never feels like enough.

Tune into the Sales & Social Podcast for all you need to know to fall in love with sales & succeed!
