ep. 161 Telling the Truth in Sales for Better Client Results

You know I'm thinking about sales 24/7, but even at the cardiologist?

Yes!

Today the nurse was showing me a new heart monitor that I would have to wear for 30 days.

She was explaining to me that it's old, inconvenient, bulky, and awkward. She went on to describe how much of a pain it would be to deal with and all of the situations where I would really get annoyed. 

She wasn't selling me on it AT ALL... 

Except for one thing: She said that this monitor works better than any of the other fancy, new, high-tech monitors.

That's all I needed to hear.

 

"I tell my clients all of the time, 'It's not going to be sexy. It's not going to be flashy like all of the things that you're seeing on social media. It's going to be hard. You're going to cry. You're going to want to through in the towel over the next 30 days.'"
